RM Capital Arranges Term Loan Secured by Notes

RM Capital Management LLC ("RM Capital") closed a $13 million term loan secured by a portfolio of performing and non-performing first mortgages on behalf of a Joint Venture between a major real estate private equity fund and regional owner-operator. The first mortgages are collateralized by six self storage properties in four states.

Widely recognized as the #1 essential base to the US Army, Fort Bliss is experiencing massive growth as a result of the Base Realignment and Closure ("BRAC") Act.
